Pre-Conference Overview

Diversity is differences among people including age, class, ethnicity, gender, ability, race, sexual orientation, spiritual practices, size and many other human differences. The Leadership for Tomorrow Pre-Conference is dedicated to helping leaders better serve their communities by understanding and appreciating how diversity enriches any type of community.

The goal of the preconference is to help leaders look at diversity from different perspectives, learn how to blend diverse perspectives and share challenges and best practices of diversity in community leadership. This Pre-Conference will also set the stage for the Leadership for Tomorrow Conference in 2012, which will have a leadership diversity focus.
